Warren VIRTUAL Families, 

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we start this school year. I want to apologize that this experience has been less than perfect and that you have not received some important information in a timely manner. You will receive more frequent updates going forward. 

We did not anticipate having over 4,000 requests for our VIRTUAL program, and approximately 1,000 of those requests were submitted after our initial July 20th deadline. Our VIRTUAL team has been working diligently to assign students to classes and teachers. We have been experiencing some technical difficulties with our new student information system which has caused delays in connecting students with teachers. We are continuing to work out these issues and will provide updates for you along the way. 

In the coming days, a dedicated webpage for the VIRTUAL program will be available to provide resources, links, and other important information for students and families. Families who submitted their request after the deadline will receive communication this week via the email address that was provided to us on the VIRTUAL request form. In the meantime, if you have questions specific to the VIRTUAL program, you can call 317-869-4349 / 4350.  

Again, I am sorry that you and your child are having this experience and please know that we are doing all that we can to make this an exceptional school year.
