We hope you can join us at our Lowell Skating Party on Wednesday, February 25th from 6pm-8pm at Roller Cave! It's a Roll & Glow Skate Party! All skaters will get a free glow stick! Our 4th Graders had special visitors from Raymond Park this afternoon! Ms. Cheek and Ms. Cannon, the 5th grade AP & Counselor, stopped by to meet our 4th graders and share a little bit about intermediate school. Our students were excited to hear all about these new upcoming adventures -- classroom structure, lunch choices, sports options, Ranger to the CORE, and lockers -- and they can't wait to head to their visit to RPIMS next week! #WarrenWill

We partnered with Junior Achievement to provide our students with an opportunity to learn about different careers. Volunteers from community businesses joined our classrooms to lead experiences that increase student's knowledge of personal finance, work & career readiness & entrepreneurship. Activities & games allowed our students to make connections between what they are learning in the classroom & their future career prospects. Lowell’s Kindergarteners went to the Indianapolis Firefighters Museum and learned about fire safety. They heard speakers, watched videos and got to practice fire safety drills! You can tell they had so much FUN!

The kindergarten classes held a Royal Tea & Ball to wrap up their Kings & Queens reading unit. Students & teachers dressed up in fancy attire & enjoyed some tea & fancy cakes! The students also enjoyed dancing at the end of this special occasion. It was quite the Royal event!

The Warren Central Choirs along with Warren Township Elementary Schools Choirs put on a great show at the Choir Holiday Spectacular! Such a wonderful evening showcasing all of the incredible talent in Warren! Special recognition to our 4th grade choir members who did a spectacular job performing! #WarrenWill #WeAreLowell

Mrs. Mac, our art teacher, hosted another fabulous Pottery Night last night! Families joined us to paint their pottery -- bowls, cups, ornaments -- and to enjoy a cookie and hot cocoa treat. It was so much fun!! We can't wait to see the final projects! #WarrenWill #WeAreLowell

Our Lowell Student Council is sponsoring a Thanksgiving Food Drive. Please help us by donating canned or boxed food. The grade that donates the most items will get an ice cream party. The classroom that donates the most items will get a pizza party. It runs through November 17th.
