So excited to welcome the Class of 2039 to Lowell! We had a special visit from some soon-to-be Lowell Leopards as students from the Warren Early Childhood Center visited us! Shout out to Raymond Park for welcoming our 4th graders this week!! Our students were so excited to visit RP. They got to meet some staff members and some current RP students! They loved touring the school and hearing all about 5th grade from the student leaders! And the ice cream treat was a big hit!! Our 4th Graders had special visitors from Raymond Park this afternoon! Ms. Cheek and Ms. Cannon, the 5th grade AP & Counselor, stopped by to meet our 4th graders and share a little bit about intermediate school. Our students were excited to hear all about these new upcoming adventures -- classroom structure, lunch choices, sports options, Ranger to the CORE, and lockers -- and they can't wait to head to their visit to RPIMS next week! #WarrenWill
We partnered with Junior Achievement to provide our students with an opportunity to learn about different careers. Volunteers from community businesses joined our classrooms to lead experiences that increase student's knowledge of personal finance, work & career readiness & entrepreneurship. Activities & games allowed our students to make connections between what they are learning in the classroom & their future career prospects.
